Order Policy

  1. Order Acceptance : All orders are subject to acceptance by Hi-Bird Global Industries. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
  2. Payment Payment : must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and Bajaj finserv, Walnut265.
  3. Shipping and Delivery : We offer shipping to most countries worldwide, including India. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the product you have ordered. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date and tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
  4. Returns and Refunds : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject the refund request if any of the required conditions are not met.
  5. Changes to Orders : If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.
